Running Man in UTAR

I was wondering how should I write this post, in English or in Chinese. So, this started on last Tuesday, while me and my gang were buying clothes at mall. I received a mysterious call saying that I've been selected as a spy. S.P.Y. There was a secret meeting on that day, and all I need to do cheat on my teammate. This sounds ridiculous at first but, it was damn interesting and excited after I accepted the truth. Okay so they went to our condo after shopping, I was thinking so hard to attend the meeting. Thanks lot to Jayden, who trusted me so much as I said I need to atm and meet an old friend of mine. Haha, and there he goes, sent me to school and I went for the meeting smoothly. P/S: Sorry Jayden. :P

There I met the rest of the spy team members and a secret mission was distributed to us. I thought it was just fine until the second secret meeting came up. Oh no, I have to cheat them, or more specific, Jayden again. P/S: Sorry for the second time, Jayden. :P So, the second meeting went smooth and I got to know the rest of the members and created a group chat. It was awesome to meet new friends before the game start.

Last Saturday was the exact day for Running Man. After the morning test, me and my teammate was so excited and went to school. But I have to be very careful so that they wouldn't tear my name tag. Why? There is a "SPY" word labelled behind the name tag. So first session was station game, everything went smooth and I did enjoy a lot. I managed to meet some of the spy members during station games, and we both acted like don't know each other and this part I felt so funny and interesting.

Everything was fine in the beginning, when they still don't know I am actually a spy.

So, after station game was over. I grabbed all the hints we got and excused to toilet. Those hints were sent to our spy group chat for further discussion, even though it seemed like no use at all. Session two which is survival game started right after meals. I was so excited to start this since it's the most interesting part of the event. 

The agents' mission was to find a guy called Prof. P and password to escape from campus. For us spy, we have to find poison which is a paper and the password as well. So I tried hard to meet up with my spy member. We managed to meet each other in the beginning but since the game just started, we still acted like we didn't know each other. After running up and down from first floor to fifth floor, I was still not able to find any gloves yet. (The gloves are needed to tear other's name tag). All of a sudden, hunters with bells on their shoes started to hunt us. Since I was so panicked and finally get caught by one of the hunters. (Actually it was not a hunter, it's two team of hunters but finally left one team to handle me who lied on ground like hell to protect my name tag). After struggled so hard, I heard Jiang Fong's voice and then screamed for help. (This part was so funny until now when I'm typing this post, I'm still can't stop laughing). So he rushed out and pushed the hunter away from me and then I just ran to the safe zone without looking back. 

Okay, so like that, he sacrificed, for a spy. Hahahaha. At the end, Leon suspected me and I wasn't care much that time because we were running out of time and we still haven't found the poison yet. Eric and Wei Kuang from our spy team were suspected by their own teammate and eliminated by them finally. With only four of us left, we still have no idea on the poison's position. So finally the game ended with 2 spy team and a agent team won. 

Anyhow, it was a really exciting experience and this event is really daebak! Thanks my teammate for not blaming me who is a spy among them. Nice to meet all new people and some new friends.

3 in 1: Cafe Hunting at Melacca

It's been a very long time from the actual day. I'm still the same, don't have any effort to blog on the next day. Anyway, my holidays are as colorful as I expected! Even now already Week 1 for my third trimester, I'm still looking forward.

So, guessed what? CAFE. I don't really know why I love to visit themed cafe because I'm not really a coffee lover. But, there's still something special other than just coffee right? Here's are few cafe I've been in my holidays. Simply nice.

Calanthe Art Cafe.
It was the day after getting Mr.T's results, and he did a great job! We had our lunch here which has very nice environment and services.

They provided almost all kind of coffee for which very famous is 13 type of coffee represented Malaysia's 13 states. I chose Johor coffee because I like white coffee and why not Ipoh because that's too ordinary for me. A Black Pepper Chicken Chop for me, a black-pepper-lover and a set lunch for Mr.T. The black pepper sauce was simply nice! 

The set lunch included an iced lemon tea and dessert. The waitress was friendly and good services. The interior design and environment was nature enough until Mr.T bitten by mosquitoes. I would recommend to choose a seat either in front or center. It's kinda vintage.

Backlane Coffee.

It was the day which we celebrate our first 1000th day been together! I was so thankful because he still drove me anywhere I want even he was tired on that few days. So first I continued my cafe hunting list to this cafe. As the name stated, it was located in an alley. We parked our car nearby and walk to the destination using waze lol. There was a wedding photo shootings on that day, and I was amazed by their happiness and excitation.

   

I ordered an Mr.Owl Latte Set (Latte! My favorite in all kind of coffee.) and a blueberry cheesecake (Yea I mean Cheeeeeeeesecake!). RM12 for both and nett prices. The Mr.Owl coffee cubes was way too cute! The blueberry cheesecake taste great that I would order second piece if I have extra money lol.

And my cute Mr.T was so excited to play around with my breakfast. xD

Backlane Coffee

Teddy Bear Cafe (TBC).

The next cafe was TBC which is newly opened at Terminal Pahlawan. We parked our car at Hatten's and the cafe was at third floor. (Seriously my brain is running out of words now, so just let photos do their job.)

You can grab any bears and bring along to your seat but remember to put it back to original place. I ordered a chocolate cubes since I had coffee in the morning. The chocolate milk is very thick and smooth, love it! Another type of cubes are mocha cubes, and there are combination of fresh fruit juices which have their own function.

适耕庄 渔米之乡

终于熬过了考试时期，接下来当然是吃喝玩乐的假期啦！事隔好久的家庭旅决定在劳动节开始的连假前往拥有渔米之乡称号的适耕庄。话说这次为何用汉语叙述？心血来潮吧，哈哈！当然，如果劳动节前往一定会遇上大堵车，所以劳动节当天在吉隆坡度过。第二天早餐后就开车到适耕庄。

五月至六月是稻米收割季节，照理来说应该是一片黄金。但由于现在只是五月头，稻田依然是一片绿野。沿途都可以看见一整片整齐的稻田，车子停在路旁一个箭步跑去拍照的大有人在。来到适耕庄绝对少不了的就是与稻田的合照，或者是稻田阳光与跳跃。可是我偏偏忘了这个环节。

第一站 —— 阿嫲的家。
顾名思义就是，阿嫲的家。门前有人在烧鸡蛋卷，香气扑鼻，能够把人带回童年。记得以前新年前堂表兄弟姐妹都会聚在婆婆家一起烧鸡蛋卷，用的是一模一样的道具。阿嫲的家里面都是古早的陈列，生活在那个年代的人都会忆起他们小时候的生活点滴。当然，里面也少不了售卖一些土产手信。还有一个档口售卖一些在城市已经很难找到的零食，比如说8字的巧克力糖，还有可以吹出很大一颗泡的口香糖。

第二站 —— 稻米厂。

午餐后我们就去了稻米厂，观光巴士必到的景点。稻米展览馆准备了影片让大家了解稻米从播种到收割的完整过程，如果跟旅行团的话，入场的门票一般上已经包括在配套里面。由于这次是家庭旅，就跳过了这个环节。另外，可以看见很多人排长龙的在购买一袋袋的米，旁边有一个用米来装饰的巧克力，颜色太可爱了而且价钱也不算贵，忍不住就买了三个。另外也有盒装的可以当作手信送人。稻米厂的旁边有一个售卖水果的档口，这里的芒果真是又大又甜。除此之外也有切好的水果，价钱大概RM2.00左右。

从阿嫲的家沿途直驶进大概3km的路程，就抵达稻米厂了。 

下午回到民宿休息，因为酒店都满房了。民宿会比较适合家庭式或者多人旅游居住，因为价格不算贵，一晚只需RM400，而且里边设备齐全，连床单枕头都不少。小歇一会儿，傍晚就前往Redang Station吃晚餐。

第三站 —— 热浪。

根据原本的计划我们5点前往热浪沙滩看日落，但由于大家都太累了午觉睡过头，直接前往晚餐地点。非常巧的，根据GPS的路线我们竟然误打误撞到了Redang Beach。既然都已经来到了，趁他们在问别人那间餐馆的位置，我们就四处去拍照啦！当然少不了的就是那颗许愿树还有“渔米之乡Sekinchan”的牌匾啦！至于那块牌匾，如果许愿树那里的实在太多人，不妨可以走到对面也有一块牌匾但比较简陋。晚餐地点就是Lot 15的一间...我称它为档口。位置有点难找，幸好有人带路。档口的后面就是红毛港渔村，渔船看起来简陋但是与淳朴的景观相得益彰。

城市太忙碌的生活有时会让人喘不过气，假期不妨体验乡村宁静的生活步伐。休息是为了走更远的路。

Cycling Makes Me Happy

Oh my Gosh! It's end of March of year 2015 ALREADY. How long did I leave here deserted? Oh ya I was so busy back then, since my second trimester. First was lab reports, then tests, assignments, presentations all came at the same time. Woah! It's really a "wonderful" college life here. But anyway, since the mathematics test just over, I think it's okay to relax for few hours.

So, here we go! Taman Titiwangsa Park. Seriously, we never been there, but yea that's how me and Susan did. By the way, this is the last trimester we stay here in Setapak, since our campus is going to move to Sg. Long where doesn't have any entertainment there. Why don't we discover this place earlier?! Ugh. Whatever.

First we took rapid bus from the other side of our apartment. U 20 is what we took but according to the people nearby, any bus can get there. So it's RM 1 to take the bus, or RM 0.80 by using Touch n' Go card/rapidkl card. The bus route is going towards a roundabout named Bulatan Pahang if not mistaken. We stopped by the Shell petrol station's bus stop.

We found the park according to the bus driver. After reached the bus stop, we continued to walk until a junction which is on our left hand side. Turned in, and then the park is right at the end of the road. I had been East Coast Park in Singapore. That was really awesome! Now, this Taman Titiwangsa Park is quite similar to the one in Singapore but don't have too much expectations though.

The scenery is nice, we can even see the KLCC Twin Tower from here! By the way, the park was so big until we lost our way while cycling. Besides bicycles, roller shoes also can be rented here. Not sure about the price though. We rented each bicycle for an hour which costs RM 10. Further information, RM 20 for 2 hours and RM 30 for half day, which means 12 hours? Who could cycle for 12 hours? There should be somebody, haha!

Along our way, the scenery was just nice to make me feel really relax. But there was too much annoying creatures (uhh...was that some kind of mosquitoes?) Yea something like that. Other than that, everything was okay as long as I can finally cycle!

Fountain and rainbow! That was simply awesome.
It was a very sunny evening when we just reached there. But after half hour, it was raining cats and dogs and guess what? We still couldn't find our way back to the checkpoint. Anyway, we had lots of fun today, really. It was like a little adventure for us, and we had recorded dozen of short clips recording our crazy and stupid moments. Susan said it could be part of the memories when we get older. Looking back and tell our grandchildren what we had done when we were in their age. It could be very nice.

Now, that's what we called before and after. Energetic under the Sun vs. All wet in rain. And we never forget to #selfie. Lol.

Oh wait wait! Almost forgot while we were crazily recording videos, there was a helicopter came by. The park even has the landing point for helicopters! Guess who came out from the helicopter? 4 foreigners walking like Hollywood stars, lol. I wonder if they are actors. Ps: Why not my GD come out from the helicopter??!
