December 2014
Well hello my blog, forgive me for not paying any visits since August. It's almost the end of year 2014. What was the last post that I posted? Ah. It's about my Redang trip. Yes, that was quite long ago, when Mr.T and I were still living together under the same roof. Now, we're apart which he's at Malacca while I'm at KL. Distance relationship is always sucks when we're both busying on our studies. Everything has changed. The people we meet, the way we think, will lead us to different routes. Yet, it's just a beginning now. In the end, we might be apart forever, so I guess I'll learn how to let go slowly until I'm not hurt. Well, let's temporary put a dot here, I'll have my new uni life as part of the summarisations of year 2014.
It's all about October. I was so lucky to have a roomate which same intake with me. Oh I'm studying in UTAR by the way. I met new people during the orientation week, they're just awesome. Majority of them are same course with me while the rest are not, but we still mix around well without any border. I can tell, we have many common interests, the way we think is close enough. What could be the best in uni if it's not them. We even went for Melacca trip during sem break, for us just a group of friends that only meet each other for 7 weeks. It's sounds crazy but indeed we are! We even went to pub for a round. I think that was more like a cafe instead of pub, haha. Even crazier, my bestie called me out in the midnight for some beer. Well that was crazy, but shh, I kept this as secret from Mr.T, haha!
Soon, my second trimester going to start, I can't wait to see them and kick start my long sem and keep myself busy so that I can keep away those annoyance. Because I found out, love is not really about only two person. There are too many things to face in future. If, we're not going to work out, I think let go of ourselves is the best way for both of us. I don't wish our relationship is just about responsibility.
The world is big, I have my own responsibility that is to get a degree. I have my dream to chase. I have my life to live with. The world is not only about love, not only about Mr.T...

Pulau Redang: Mutiara Beach Resort
It's August! So we planned a trip to Pulau Redang before our uni life started. Unfortunately, we missed out the flight ticket with cheaper price, so we had to get to Terengganu by bus with almost (Oh my butt!) 5 hours journey from Shah Alam bus station. Yea, whatever! I swear I wouldn't missed out the flight again for the next trip! Alright, we reached Terengganu bus station around 5 am, then we went to Merang Jetty by taxi (is that even a taxi? Well, who cares?) which cost RM 60 per car per way. It's a fixed price though. The journey should be an hour but the driver drove too fast that I think we reached the jetty within 30 minutes! And again we had to wait until 9.30 am for the ONE AND ONLY boat. If you missed out this, say goodbye. And what? We had to pay RM 5 each person for the conservation of Marine Park.
It took around 45 minutes to reached Mutiara Beach Resort. The scenery is very beautiful when you look out the window -- the sea, the islands, even the sky. Any disturbance in your mind will be disappear for a moment.
Then yea, we reached the Mutiara Beach Resort. Let's get wet!
Here's a little photo of me and Mr.T. Feeling lucky I got a temporary "photographer" to capture down all this memorable moments. Haha!
The snorkel mask and the life jacket can be rent on the spot. You can get it at the reception counter. It costs RM 20 in total and can be use for 3 days. Well, on the first day we reached, we went to our first snorkeling trip on 2.30 pm. I was very tired that I only follow the boat but didn't get in the sea ( Very regretful! ). The sea water is crystal clear that I can see some of the corals. Not in a clear vision, of course.
Luckily I went to the snorkeling trip on the second day. But I don't bring my camera, so... It's very beautiful in the underwater world. Fishes swimming around you and the corals are like a painting!
After a rest, we had our leisure time on our resort.

Here's a little selfie of me. Ha!
After all the craziness, we went to our BBQ dinner and had a great night time with those crazy guys!
Guess we'll have the next trip? Let's do it again!

Late: Bangkok Family Trip
Well it's a very very late update for my Bangkok Trip on April, guess I'm getting more lazy. So, I'll just go by fast and easy, gonna have a nice afternoon nap later on, haha.
18th April 2014 - Departure.
Reached LCCT airport and having a simple breakfast - Old Town White Coffee.
Actually I forgot what time was the flight but I reached Don Mueang International Airport around 13:00. I guess it took 2 hours and half to reach there. So, we headed straight to taxi service counter in airport once we boarded to get a van to hotel since we have 9 person and a baby here. It took 1 hour to Novotel Pratunam from airport and it costs 1000 baht. We preferred highway anyway we have to pay extra 100 baht for the toll fees but it took only half an hour to reach Pratunam. By the way, we took a tour package for the next day which costs 7500 baht at the same time.
So, Pratunam is a big city I guess. The traffic is quite crowded. You can see quite lots of skyscrapers. Here is the Novotel in Pratunam. Free wi-fi is provided and the welcome drinks is very nice!
Since we were tired after the flight so we don't visit any places yet. Just lingered around at Platinum shopping mall nearby our hotel. I mean it's very near, you can just go by walking. There's Starbucks and McDonalds and 7-11 nearby so it's really convenient. We had dinner nearby the hotel also, then after some rest we went for the massage. It's quite cheap for whole body massage, only 350 baht per person for 2 hours.
19th April 2014 - Bangkok City.
After having breakfast at Starbucks, we went to floating market. They sell almost everything like food and beverage, fruits, souvenirs etc. But it's quite expensive so we decided to buy souvenirs on the next day when we go to Chatuchak Market. By the way, the foods sold here it's very delicious! It's seemed like a floating village to me because there are housing on the both river side and they even have a parking lot for their boats. It's quite interesting by just looking at their house design.
After having lunch, we headed to train market just for awhile. Then I saw something that Mr.T likes - protein. It's deep-fried bugs! All kind of bugs and even little frog. Oh well we just bought it for fun. I don't have any intention to eat it but when I took one of them to take photo, I thought it might be delicious since it's very crunchy and I want to try it but...ugh forget about it. I don't try anything and I'm a little bit of regret now, haha. What did we come here for? To see the train and the market of course. Have you ever wonder how a train can pass through a market or how a market can "survive" since it located right beside the railway track? The hawkers just keep all their things in when the train pass through then right after the train left, they put their things back and continue their business like nothing happened.
After shower and some rest at hotel, we moved on to Chinatown. The foods are really delicious here! Especially the banana pancake and something like yao cha guai with pandan jam, and it's not expensive at all. Only 40 baht for banana pancake and 60 baht for the yao cha guai. Even the durian sells only 35 baht per kg, taste really sweet!
It's night time and it's time to have some fun! What is the first thing popped out in your mind when you think of Thailand? Ladyboy! We went to Asiatique and straight away headed to Calypso Theater to watch the ladyboy show. Oh by the way, the tickets are included in the tour package that we purchased yesterday. The interior design looks really luxurious. We really enjoyed the show because it's really funny and their performances includes the cultural from Japan, Korean, China etc. Their costumes are beautiful and diversified. You can take photos with any of them after the shows and I think HE is really beautiful!
20th April 2014 - Shopping Day.
Nothing more for today, just Shop 'til Drop! A place that must visit when we come to Thailand. It's Chatuchak Market! The place that sell almost everything and very very cheap. It takes a whole day in here and you better get a map of the market before you go so that you won't get lost, haha.
It's such a wonderful family trip but I'm a bit of sad since Mr.T can't join us. But anyway I' gaining experiences here and I believe someday we can go together and have another nice trip too. We still have a very long way to go, that is FOREVER.
Wednesday
Cafe 1511
Do I turn left where nothing is right? Or do I turn right where nothing is left? I used to be a girl who have a dream. But when it comes to reality, it's always cruel. I have to choose between my dream and my future life. Yet, I'm still thinking about that. How I wish I could evade from all the problems, even just awhile. The good things about outing is that I could forget about all annoyance temporary.
On the way to find a part time job, we stopped by and have lunch. Jonker Street at Melacca is always a good place to visits since it full of cultural heritage.
Cafe 1511 which located at No. 52 Jalan Tun Tan Cheng Lock (Heeren Street). A place which serves variety of local and western food. Their specialties are Nyonya Delicacies which the restaurant owner strongly recommended. Simple and classic interior design and decors just worked out peacefully.
Cafe 1511 also provides intimate home stay with 6 private rooms upstairs.
I choose Black Pepper Chicken for my lunch. It simply taste good even without the sauce. Another Nyonya Pohpiah (Spring Roll) which contains vegs, sweet turnip, omelette with homemade sauce chili and roll with homemade egg skin.
Enjoyed the day with love and peaceful. Finally found a part-time job. Hooray!
